The Employee's Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

Eligibility
Any person who is employed for work of an establishment or employed through contractor in or connection with the work of an establishment.
Applicability
Every Establishment which is a factory engaged in any industry specified in schedule 1 and in which 20 or more persons are employed
Any establishment employment employing even less than 20 persons can be covered voluntarily u/s 1(4) of the Act.

  • 4. Maintenance Nomination from 2 revised,
  • 5. Maintenance form 5 & 10 and submit
  • 6. Processing online FP withdrawal form 19 & 10C & Transfer
  • 7. Handling Inspection and record.
  • 8. All correspondence with EPF office
  • The Employee' State Insurance Act, 1948

    Applicability of the Act.
    Is extended area wise to factory using power and employing 10 or more persons and non- power using manufacturing units and establishment employing 20 or more persons upto 21000/- per month.

  • 1. On line Monthly Challan Submission.
  • 2. Monthly detail of employee-wise submitted to authorized person to company.
  • 3. On line Accident report submitted and hard copy submitted to Local office.
  • 4. Accident Register Form -11
  • 5. Inspection and production of the records before the ESIC Inspector
  • 6. Register your new employees immediately latest within 10days giving full particulars and family details with Aadhar card.
  • 7. Ensure all employees having ESI permanent card.
  • 8. All correspondence form ESIC Department
